At Corky’s Homes, we believe in doing things the right way — the honest way. When it comes to land and site prep, we offer complete turnkey packages or no land work at all — it’s totally up to you.
Here’s why: every piece of land is different. The slope, soil, driveway length, utilities, and even county/municipal requirements can all change the cost. Some dealers roll those unknowns into the home price, but we don’t believe that’s fair.
If we included site work before knowing the details, we’d have to charge extra to “cover” surprises — and you’d probably end up paying too much. That’s not how we do business.
Instead, we take a simple, transparent approach:
- If you want turnkey, we’ll inspect your property, get accurate quotes, and give you a clear price before we start.
- If you’d rather handle your own site prep, that’s fine too — no pressure and no hidden costs.
